Residential Development Landscaping and 3D Design

Project Description: We are seeking a skilled landscape designer/architect to create a comprehensive 2D landscaping plan and provide 3D renderings for a residential development split into two phases: Western Phase and Eastern Phase. This project requires integration with existing site plans, detailed in AutoCAD files, and supplementary plans in PDF format which include street lighting, road layouts, and driveway positions. Scope of Work: 2D Landscaping Plan: Develop a detailed landscaping plan for the entire site, adhering to the information provided in the CAD files, which includes the finished floor levels of each house. The landscaping design should include minimalistic yet elegant garden designs, patios at the rear of the houses, and brushed concrete pathways as indicated in the CAD layouts. 3D Renderings and Visualizations: Produce high-quality 3D visualizations of the proposed landscaping integrated with the architectural context of the site. Provide several views to fully appreciate the landscape design and its interaction with the built environment. Integration with Existing Plans: Ensure the landscaping plan aligns with the provided architectural drawings for each of the 27 units, and the supplementary plans showing utilities and other infrastructures. Material and Design Specifications: Include specific types of fencing as will be provided by us. The design should prioritize sustainability and ease of maintenance. Deliverables: Final 2D landscaping plan in CAD format and a colour format that is easily visulaised when printed. A1 scale. High-resolution 3D renderings in preferred file format (e.g., JPEG, PNG). A bouns would me a fly through / over movie. No internal visulations of the housing units are needed. Project Timeline: Within 48 Hours. Budget: Quotes should include a breakdown of costs associated with producing the 2D plans and 3D visualizations. Submission Requirements: Portfolio of previous landscaping projects, especially those that include both 2D and 3D elements. Timeline and budget estimate. Brief outline of the proposed approach or methodology. Any references or testimonials from past clients. Selection Criteria: Experience and expertise in landscape design and architectural visualization. Creativity and attention to detail. Responsiveness and ability to adhere to deadlines.
