I'm looking for someone who can reproduce these 3D floor plans that I usually produce personally for real estate agencies. To make them I use SketchUp - V-Ray - With Cahos cosmos library and I put everything together with photoshop. I need someone with the following skills: - SketchUp (also tags and scenes and sections) -V-Ray (knowledge of material overrides and sections) -Photoshop to mix everything. I can provide you with several example skp (exported with V-ray pack project) and psd files to faithfully produce the . image resolution 3000x3000px The material that the customer will send to me will be a 2d plan in pdf. the furnishings will be inserted and the usual 5 colors will always be used red for section green for grass (if present) floor wood gray for bathrooms white for furnishings (with material override) Now i need jut one of that but probably i will need more I am attaching some examples, thanks in advance
