Project stage(Design, Feasibility, Prototyping, Pre-production, Production): it's normal process of designing and manufacturing a dumbbell and bar , we care that the material used should be strong to carry around 30kg of water each side , i suggest alaminum as it's light weight and strong , it's very important that the product can fill in for each 0.5 kg on each side of the dumbbell or bar as the increasing of trainee weight should be gradual , releasing of the water should be also easy from other side as in the photo, the inner plate is used to block water in the requested weight , 30 kg will have one plate with male part and 60 female part components that connects each 0.5 increase or decrease before filling water , making sure no leakage and reaching optimum exact weight , it's very important that the products is easily transferable , light weighted and durable .
Function of the part: dumbbells : 1- alaminum water container each side resembelling normal dumbbells size and shape , 2- alaminum (or any suitable material) as a plate inside to block water (male part) , 3- female part components 60 parts for connection , 4- bar that the trianee with put there hands and lift the dumbbell , 5- water opening and disposal areas that close automatically upon reaching desired weight.
