Ho necessità di un calcolo dimensionale ed un progetto Inventor che rispecchi una situazione reale: un semplice azionamento tramite un singolo attuatore idraulico a doppio effetto (di cui fornirò le caratteristiche) che faccia effettuare una rotazione tra 0 gradi e 90 gradi (dalla posizione minima orizzontale alla posizione massima verticale) ad un’asta incernierata ad un’estremità. Le regole da rispettare durante la progettazione sono le seguenti: 1. l’asta deve essere incernierata oltre che all’estremità, anche nella metà della sua lunghezza; 2. quando l’asta è in posizione orizzontale, tutto il sistema di bracci ed attuatore deve raccogliersi in un volume massimo di 30cm di altezza, 200cm di lunghezza ed 80cm di larghezza; 3. si dovranno usare solo bracci incernierati e non slitte, cremagliere o altri sistemi di trasmissione del moto; 4. i bracci dovranno essere costituiti da profili in ferro preferibilmente di dimensioni 50x30mm. Il progetto Inventor dovrà essere consegnato completi dei file delle singole parti, assemblati e vincolati in modo da poter simulare il reale funzionamento della struttura.
