General:1-Coordinate team activities, priorities and relationship with external/internal areas,2-Provide internal/external support on our products and solutions,3-Identify customers needs and business opportunities,4- Work Proactibly adding value to our customers establishing Gemalto as market leader,5- Manage specific technologies/tools/products according to regional needsPre-Sales:1- Provide consultancy on the different telecom technologies,2- Prepare demos to help customers understand Gemalto products and solutions,3- Prototype and Develop Stand Alone applications according to customers specificationsPost-Sales:1- Support our customers on Gemalto cards products (issues, updates, capabilities, etc),2- Identify and track quality issues on customer products and solutionsProject Management:1- Define, document and prepare customer profiles based on our products and solutions,2- Provide information and follow up on Gemalto process3- Follow up on Multisourcing/Porting projects implemented by Multisourcing team-
