Video Explanation of Project: [login to view URL] Website: [login to view URL] Project Overview for Website Module Addition: _____________________________________________________________________________________ Goal is to email/text the listing agent of property - * After login WITH SMS VERIFICATION (this module is done) * data is in the system currently under custom fields - ListingAgentEmail, ListingAgentName, ListingAgentDirectPhone * By email & text * If not responded by a certain amount of time * route to next agent * For Texting we have an account with TWILIO * The email & text will have INCOMPLETE data of client (we will call this LEAD, which is a user that viewed a property) * It will be incomplete until the AGENT has paid for the lead * The email & text will have a link to the lead information * The lead information will be INCOMPLETE until the AGENT pay for the LEAD * Once Paid it will go into the AGENTS dashboard * the dashboard will also have a HEADER & footer that I can edit easily with tips & tricks (html) * Rules * Do not send the same LEAD on the same HOUSE more then once * You can send multiple leads on the same property to same agent * You can send multiple leads on different property to same agent * NOT unlocked/paid then route to next agent for a max of 10 agents __________________________________________________________ Website is done with Mysql Database / WordPress Newest Update
