Taking Website to Stage 2

We need to take our website to the second stage of its development to make it perfect All the features have to be able to be added and edited from the Wordpress back admin panel I've attached 2 versions 1 set which i want the pages to look like and the second set which has the new features & elements highlighted The sale and the xmas hat should be able to be uploaded and the icon images changed for each product (ie Sales products) so we can change the icon images as different events and seasons come. I want to be able to change the icons for different season and different offers (ie Xmas, Easter, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc etc without having to go into each product individually again once the offer is originally set) The min & max measurements (under the measurement box) should be auto selected from the uploaded CSV all the banners should be editable and uploaded from the back panel The banners on top of the category pages needs to be set for each category (so each category will have a different banner) The one on the bottom of the product page can be universal but the one at the top of the product page needs to be uploaded by individual products and easily changed The Banner on top of the Product categories pages should be changed for each category The Min price feature should be auto selected from the CSV as well The Category pages need to display UP TO 5 different price categories in one page (WITH a filter a long the side) Elements Range , Band A, Band B, Band C, Band D cheapest category should always be displayed at the top of the page like http://www.247blinds.co.uk/wooden-blinds#isPage=1 The "Price From xxx" Needs to be added to the bottom of the quick quotes which is auto detected from the uploaded CSV same as product page The filter on the side of the product categories should be on every product category page and all shop pages (but not on the product page obviously) I also want the catche issue fixed because i do not want to keep having to upload the CSS every time i change the menu etc Related Products needs to be increased from 3 product being displayed to 4 products being displayed The view all button should display all the products in that category All of this must work perfectly and easy to use All the new features must be FULLY responsive and aligned correctly Everything has to work on MAC and PC Any issues which arise while these new features are being added must be fixed We have upload quite a few product already and want to continue uploading products while the site is getting developed so the developer has to ensure the products are not affected or ruined when making all the above updates
