566038 Build a simple 1 page wesite template with a wiget.

I need you to build a page website template for me. I plan on launching multiple website on that template. The site should have following functionality. The site itself will be kind of a sales page/landing page. After the sales pitch there should be a download button. When the users click on the download button, a wiget should pop up saying there are there are three steps needed to get this file. when the user clicks next step. He should be forced to like my site in order to proceed to the next step. When he has liked my site he should be forced to share my site in order to proceed to the next step. After he has done so. A new wiget should pop up this wiget will be provided by me, its a download gateway from a ppd site. This template should be highly customizable in aspect of its graphical features. I should be able to choose new background,header etc. The sales page I use may be an image or [login to view URL] wiget skin should also be customizable. And wiget should worl flawlessly. Also you need to train me how can I customize this template and how to install it on a site.
