We are looking for a vendor to develop a wireless system to perform the following: Light bar consisting of 5 LED's (White, Reg, Green, Blue, White) and 2 High Output White LED's. This light bar will have a 2.4Ghz transceiver or equivalent built in. There is also a strobe light needed as well. Control Console Transceiver. This unit will connect to a computer via USB and work with our current Windows based applications. The software will send a command for which light and at what frequency to blink and then send the command through the transceiver. This circuit must also be able to control the dimming of some 120VAC bulbs mounted in the ceiling. Remote control that does all the same functions of the computer system as far as sending individual commands to the lightbar lights.

Hi, As far as the hardware goes, implementing this is going to be very easy, to implement using a CC2500 transceiver pair, and a few micro-controllers. This i would normally charge $450 max(unless u wanted to pay more). The only troublesome part that i see is, you have not specified which software will be controlling the transceiver via the PC. Depending on that the difficulty level might change.
