Important points or terms for working on this project. I had very bad experience therefore, if you are not agree on any of the terms below, please do not quote. 1. 10% payment will be made on start of the project. then 40% on 50% completion of project. final 50% payment on submission day. 2. for any reason, if you can not fulfil or complete project, I will need all payment refund in 2 working days. 3. once project completed, I need 1 year guarantee that my site will not have issue and if any issue arise, you (developer) is responsible to resolve it at no cost. 4. dead line for completion --- 60 days maximum, if takes more than that due to delay on developer team. i will not pay full amount as decided on starting of the project. I will deduct 20% of project amount. if developer willing to do SEO for us, we are willing to offer £30.00 p/m for 12 month -- we can discuss on successfully completion of the project .
