I have already created my website through Shopify however am looking for assistance in helping me build a fully functioning check out page for my grazing business. I currently use Wix and would like the same form fields as this: [login to view URL] Ideally I need guidance & help to set up delivery date/ time, option for gift card, both billing & receiver details, dietary requirements etc. I offer delivery for $1 per km from my business location, and need this to be set up as a function when entering an address. If you are successful in helping me with this, I will also have a next project which will be adding a few other pages such as 'About Us' and Terms & Conditions on the site.
