Search engine optimisation and marketing freelancer for full time job

I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in search engine optimisation to work with me full time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) in optimising a number of my clients websites. The successful applicant will have very good written English, will have lots of experience in search engine optimisation and marketing, keyword research, developing landing pages for keyphrases, optimising websites for keyphrases, and submission to lots of search engines. I am looking for someone to partner me fully - that means I will be talking to the successful applicant every day, discussing new clients, discussing strategies for clients, and more. The applicant will have experience of Web Trends and writing reports in Excel (I will provide the template), and most importantly I am looking for someone with a lot of enthusiasm, drive, who is very hard working, and wants the best for our clients. Attention to detail is very important, and I would be looking for someone who puts the his best into everything he does. Like I say, I'm not nessesarily looking for a company - if you are a freelancer looking for more work, as long as you can dedicate an agreed amount of hours per day and can deliver on time, I don't care if you are a student, work for a company, are a freelancer, etc. You will have a deep understanding of search engines and search engine technology. You must be up to date with all the new SE theories, Google PR, etc. I want someone pro-active who has ideas on what we can do for our clients. I would be looking to pay around USD350 per month which would be paid to you on the 15th of each month.
