308322 OsCommerce to Magento Template

Hello, I need assistance redesigning my current website – cavhooah.com. I am looking for a company that can take a current Oscommerce template and convert it into a Magento store. I have all of the original PSD files. The design is based on a template purchased from templatemonster.com. The design would require at least 3 pages to be created – a home page, product category page, and individual item page. I would also like to have Magento professionally installed on my server and tested, and be able to upload and edit through Magento Connect. I do not need to convert any products, images, or databases, but I would prefer one or two test products installed so I can learn to edit them. I would need the ability to make additional non-content related pages and I would like the site W3C compliant, SEO optimized, and browser-friendly for multiple platforms and resolutions. The template from [login to view URL] is #18856. I would actually prefer the CRELoaded version, #21769, which I also have the original PSD files to, but the two are almost identical.
