Website design as a PSD template for Wordpress or DotNetNuke skin

Hi, We are looking for a designer to create a PSD template for a new business based in the UK. The domain name we have acquired is [login to view URL] and what we will be doing is salt gritting private drives, non main roads and business car parks for the forecasted heavy Winter ahead. We have all the equipment, machinary and tons of grit but the only thing holding us back is a good website design. There are 2 big companies in our sector and they are already online, they are <[login to view URL]> and [[login to view URL]][1] both of these companies websites look fantastic but the challenge is; can your design skills push us one better than rest? I'll leave the answer to you. There are 3 steps to this design, firstly we need a good brand logo, secondly we require the PSD template and thirdly we need the templates to be converted into a DotNetNuke or Wordpress skin. We can hire a proffessional dotnetnuke/wordpress design team to do part 3 of the project for $200 and they do offer a creative service too but we would prefer to go direct with the designers to get the best value and give you, the designer an opportunity to broaden your creative portfolio.
