Produce a Project Planner-Marketing & Management Package For Website Creation/resell

I need a website project management spreadsheet packet (php/html/excel/csv/etc) equipped with the essentials pertaining to the efficiently building /launching and maintain multiple websites.. The planner doc pack would need to offer user friendly layout pertaining to that allow minimum of 3 total ongoing site build projects at once involving wordpress/prestashop and eBay. Would like for packet include 3 user friendly / customizable wireframing templates somewhat relevant to the blog, prestashop site and ebay auction site, inventory tabs/pages,mindmaps and itemized budget spreadsheets to capture basic expense details for each of the 3 projects.
