Template website/modification

We are in need of some help with a flash web template, the new format has details that we need to modify and correct, the project consists of the following key points: 1 - Adding a button on the top right side of the main menu, this button is a small Mexico and USA flag and that are used to change language of the page, the link of each flag goes to the appropriate language folder. 2 - We need to add a fourth row of pictures on the main page, these new images are handled like the previous with the XML file. 3 - The biggest issue we have is that the whole site have dynamic text boxes that are controlled by an XML file, when we publish the Flash movie the dynamic text is truncated and does not display the text that was modified in the XML file. 4. On the contact page "Contact Us" we modified the format, can you please look that over and consider it a part of the quotation requested. For now we just need the a price quote for the project and time frame, we will modify the site content.
