Very creative graphic designer for per-project, half and full time positions

We are looking for a graphical artist to work besides our developers on different tasks/sub-projects related to: * WordPress Themes making * Logo design * Website design * iOS UI design * Iconsets design * Brand imagery * Stationery design We have temporal, half and full time positions available, after a trial period. Hourly rate depends on experience and commitment with the company and it's projects. The perfect candidate, and the rest of our environment, is: * Talented. * Very communicative. * Disciplined. * Happy and relaxed, but very efficient. * Flexible of mind. * Eager for new experiences and skills, we do love the challenge. * Innovative and creative, we do frequently find more than a way to go. The job requirements are: * Very good graphical skills. * Innate capabilities to work in team. * At least 3 years of experience within the IT field. * Pass the Skype interview. * 8AM - 6PM CST availability. Add the word "banana" to beginning of your proposal to show that you have read everything. Welcomed pluses: * Fluent English, Spanish and/or Italian (you must be able to communicate efficiently in at least one) * Some art school/institute degree. * Experience working with WordPress. * Basic or advanced CSS, HTML, Ajax a plus (step forward if not and you have great design skills) Examples of tasks within the position: * Design full WordPress Themes (PSD) * Create a new face for a customer's website. * Create an icons set. * Create graphics and styles in team with programmers to make new WordPress Themes. Qualification process: After sending your job application (or being invited) an informal chat interview will take place, following a Skype interview. Passing those filter, a trial assignment will be proposed to the candidate.
