Hi, I work with a coding team that needs a freelance artist to do graphic design for us on a freelance basis. Our client will be specializing in Chicago area services and wants a design that will connect with the Chicagoland area (maybe a design that includes the Sears tower, or local references- skyline or something.) Our client currently has no written online presence, but has been providing tourism services for quite some time and has a budget that will allow us to pay the selected bidder quite nicely (we can provide between $1500 and $4000 for design services). We do not have much time to deal with this, so we need professionals. Since this is a large project and will require dedication and probably a few changes, please include some description of what you would plan to do for our design and how familiar you are with the Chicago area (have you worked with Chicago firms before, etc?)-knowledge of landmarks would be very useful such as art institute- as well as what types of design you specialize in and maybe some examples of logo work. This is a unique project, and we hope you can help us out. Please do not respond unless you have seriously considered our needs. Thanks.
