Virtual Caregiver Manager

I am looking for someone who can watch my father's caregivers (home health aides) via the security cameras to be sure they are doing their job. We would need someone to watch the cameras from 7:30AM to 8:30 AM PST then check the footage activity every half hour until about 1PM to be sure basic tasks have been completed. The caregiver will also need to be checked up on (review footage as needed) about every half hour from 5PM to 11:30PM. There are 4 times per day that my father receives a particular medicine on an empty stomach. This must be documented on camera (a schedule will be provided). There are 2 times per day that he receives medications topically (8AM and 8PM). He needs 3 meals per day and needs to drink at least 12 cups of water per day. We are looking for someone who can watch in real time for the most important tasks then review other times for anything of note. The software alerts one to activities in the room so one can pretty easily skip around to the motion alerts on the timeline to check on activities. Ideally this would be performed by someone who works from home and has other things they can do, but can help us look out for our father for about 10 minutes out of every hour from 7:30PM to 1:00PM and from 5PM to 11:30PM. We have 4 requirements currently: 1)Basic knowledge of navigating and manipulating the [login to view URL] dropcam software a) use the nest software to create clips (takes a few minutes to learn this) b) use nest software to upload clips to a secure, separate server such as dropbox 2) Basic knowledge of elder care a) knowledge of proper feeding and hydration techniques (position, supervision, etc) b) be able to detect abuse/neglect 3) Ability to dial US phone numbers to communicate with caregivers to remind them of my father's needs and otherwise exchange information. Also may need to call a family member to alert to a situation of neglect or caregiver failure. 4) Must be a genuinely caring and loving individual with numerous very positive work and personal references.
