City of Mesa Code Violations - the goal is for us to: *be able to get a real-time update of any property as such (source to be provided) *be able to filter using available criteria *be able to export into excel the filtered information *information or columns should include at least Property Address, City, State, Zip, Owner's Name & Last Name, APN (if applicable) 2. Knowing the skills is not the only thing necessary but understanding your clients' need is more important in such a field. I understand your requirement quite clearly and would be able to provide exactly what you need. However, let me inform you one thing that is that when web scrapping you could get real time data but you have to set time to it. for instance whether you want the data to be updated daily or hourly basis? Getting data regularly could get your IP blocked from the website for that instance you would need to change the ips regularly to stay on the website. I would recommend web scrapping during the nights to avoid getting the IP blocked. Also, I would be able to get you the entire data relating Property from the website.
