Seeking A Project Coordinator

Hello... I am seeking a talented individual who can coordinate a major project with me by conveying what I'm seeking to have done with a website developer/graphic designer company and a offshore programmer who have been already been hired. I am at the beginning phase of this project and this project entails revamping six websites currently already online. Currently, I'm already having trouble with the web design company regarding the SEO,link mgm't structure,graphics and page layout. The person I seek must know the English language well, have good SEO knowledge, know the importance of link building, have superior communication skills, have some programming skills in PHP, is an expert in web design/page layout, be detailed oriented, is a quick learner and pocess creativity. The several websites that are online have good positions on the search engine result pages and I want to keep my search engine rankings status quo but want to infuse a new concept into my business model without endangering my current search engine rankings. I would be willing to let go of the current grahics design company if it is determined they don't have the necessary talent or experience to reach my goals. I want to minimize the mistakes now before they grow into larger issues.
