Hello, If you use a simple asterisk then it would take hardly 1 or 2 hours to prevent calls between extensions as required but if it is freepbx then it can take a little more time. So do you use simple asterisk or freepbx? Regards, Aneel

Hi. Its very simple with clean asterisk. in case of freepbx/elastix its possible only with custom context. But in this case it will require to code all dialplan rules in theese contexts manually in config files.

Hello I know how to resolve the problem.. If you need to forbid just one direction like 3xx. We need to put in dialplan just one additional rule. another way is accept just exteinsions what you need . For solution I need all exten number you are using on the server. Hello Im Sourish, I'm an asterisk, vicidial and linux expert. I have installed more than 30 asterisk servers in last 2 years. I am even an active freepbx & vicidial community member. I can quickly rewrite the dialplan to restrict calling between the extension. The extensions will work like normal and would be able to receive incoming and outgoing calls from trunk or remote locations but would not be able to dial each other. i suggest you set outbound/inbound routes for that which dnt exist this way u can prevent calls between extensions i am C# developer i have worked on skype for business recorder. i have worked on various audio/video/image processing projects,people counting through Video feed , telecom, networking,Cisco(CUCM),Alcatel,shoretell,Astrisk pbx,Sip,Tapi,Sip Trunk, Audio/Video streaming are my areas of expertise ,i have been in software industry for last 3 years ,i am a graduate of computer science major in programming

place it before other rules: exten = _3XX,1,Hangup for 2XX context or exten = _2XX,1,Hangup for 3XX context
