Create a Visual Basic Script to split TXT files found in a folder when find specific words within the text

There will be different TXT files in a folder, so the Visual basic script must read each one of the files in this folder, search for the specific phrases or words within the text file, then the script will split the document when a word is found and create new document including different until a new word is found it because the it will create a new file. Attached you can find 2 examples of the TXT files containing different information ([login to view URL], [login to view URL]) . The script will start reading the file, line by line and when a word is found it (see the attached document [login to view URL]), then the split the document and create a new document with this name convention originalfilename-wordfound-date-counter.txt. Please see attached different samples of the documents that should be generated by the script.

You could utilizing Windows Indexing Srvice API for speeding-up the search of words. This would be quick rather than using reading file one by one, and do the compare. If you OK wth this method I could arrange one day work completion as I am familiar with this method Let me know your comment
