Rewrite of a small Foxpro application in VB.Net/C#/SQL Server

THE PROJECT This project is for the rewriting of a very small Visual FoxPro 8.0 application. The application is used by manufacturers of steel reinforcements for concrete who receive lists of reinforcements that require cutting and bending into shape from steel bars, from architects and building contractors. The software is designed to check each specified reinforcement against a table of allowable dimensions, and advises the user whether the reinforcement can legally be made and supplied to the end user. The allowable dimensions are specified in a British Standard, for each type of reinforcement, which is known in the industry as a "shape code". Please see the attached graphics file so that you understand what a shape code is. When each item has been checked, the software produces a printed label for each item which can be attached to the produced steel reinforcement. The label can be previewed or printed in the current application. The application can also print two different lists based on items entered, and this functionality is also required in the new version. Currently a Crystal Report and the embedded Crystal Reports Viewer is used for this. All of the logic for checking the input data against the shape codes is already in place in the Visual FoxPro application, and the source code will be made available to you. You will not need to have the Visual FoxPro IDE in order to understand what is required, the code is easy to interpret from a text file. I am looking for the application to be rewritten in VB.net, or C#. The database used must be MS SQL Server 2008R2. The Crystal Report that prints the label and associated viewer must be used. Visual Studio 2010 must be used. I want a nice clean user interface, with good looking controls - preferably from the DevExpress DXPerience suite - I have a legal copy of this which you can use if required. Attached also are two images of the two application forms. Also the database design is done and will be provided. The project also requires the production of an installer that looks professional and will detect and install/download all of the required dependencies, from Win XP to Win 8 covering 32 and 64 bit.
