Create an Animation

I have a project that was created in BLENDER, and I need someone to correct the lip syncing problems that appear in the animation. I can supply the entire BLENDER animation files, and I need someone to make changes to the BLENDER files, correct the problems I will outline in the final brief, then render out the animation ready for us to use in After Effects/Premiere Pro. I have uploaded a video file showing the animation, with the audio, showing the lip syncing problem, as well as other issues. The problems that need to be fixed are as follows: 1 - The lip syncing needs to be corrected. 2-The Yamba Logo and decals needs to be put onto the outside of the car. 3 - The children teeth need to be changed so they don't look scary. At the moment, they look somewhat evil. 4 - When the car drives away from the children, it stops while the man chasing the dinosaur goes across screen....the car needs to continue moving down the road.
