CFD design and analysis of a Semi-truck

We are designing/prototyping an Electric Semi-Truck. We are through with the shape and all the details of the truck, but we need to verify it by CAD. We need CAD experts who have more than average knowledge of CFD & are able to emulate energy consumption of Automobiles (Semi-Trucks). We don't have a CAD model, we have sketches for the truck. This is what we need to do precisely: we need to design a conventional truck (can be copied) and compare it with the truck we are going to make (electric truck with batteries in middle; aerodynamic; hovercraft blades in bottom of the trailer for lift) and show the range it can achieve and how our truck consumes way less energy than conventional trucks. For the conventional truck, to save time, I believe we can find an existing model of a truck to download and run a run a flow analysis on it. This can be our baseline set of data from which to build our new platform and go from there. This all to convince investors for investment so we can build an actual prototype. The maths sums up, but to convince investors is a whole different story.
