This is a two part project, one will be a static image of character, followed by a short animation of that character.
Initial static image will be a slim character, smiling, energetic real estate agent posing and holding a small cute house. Clothing to be a summery, fresh corporate look. The house will have a sold sign across it.
The animation brief will be:
Above character coming out the front door of the same cute house (described above). She then walks to the left of the house, past the FOR SALE sign and stands beside it. She then slaps a SOLD sign across the sign and then looks at audience. She smiles and gives the audience a wink.
There will be no background or surrounding images so just a simple infinity white background.
The following images show versions of the ideal style and look of the character. the photograph attached is of the agent in real life, so the character needs to have some likeness, ie brown hair, brown eyes.
The fee is inclusive of both static image and animation.
