Blender 3D male and female animated model

BLENDER 3D Animated model I'd like an animated bone skeleton with a female and male rigged low poly base meshes with basic animations: walk, run, crouch, jump, holster pistol, equip pistol, shoot pistol, two hurt animations, console typing. With textures. The skeleton would also have some key bones to manipulate the shape of the body (muscular, fat, normal) by resizing said bones. Art style: cartoonish Genre: scifi I would like to build a relationship with the modeller in which I'd like to extend these base models with extra animations or extra features in the future. These said extras are not part of this work, these would be extra works we would agree upon.
