Hi! I guess you need 3d model, or in other words - .stl file. Most jewellery manufacturers use them these days. I've done such models before (not in my portfolio), so I basically defined 1 day for 1 model, although it depends on models complexity. If you're interested in my bid, waiting for your reply.
