Hi. I need a Google Sketch Up model created for a car retail client. This is their 3rd site and I have models of their first two sites - so the scale and level of detail is defined. Posted below is one of these and the original file can be supplied. The new site is similar in size and complexity - i.e.: two large flat areas full of cars and a building on each but the required 3D is 2 distinctly separate sites. I am planning to develop this project so that all 3 sites are more detailed and become interactive. But that's for later months. Project is ready to go - can supply plan views and photos of site. Hi Paul, I am a licensed Texas architect, also registered in Israel. I typically draw projects in 3D with SketchUp and make all 2D drawings from a 3D model. I am a very fast and accurate modeler with SketchUp. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of work, $80 per hour for work requiring a Texas licensed architect.
