I have been working in the Call Center Industry for more than 9 years where I am well trained and experienced in Inbound Call Handling, Customer Service, Sales and more. My name is Glenbelle Salvador and I worked before as a customer service representative in one of the network carrier in USA. I worked on that company for 1 year and I do have a part time job also at that time as a virtual assistant where in I send cold email to prospects and also do some posting on some different sites. And I believe that my academic and experience honed me to be an efficient employee. In my previous job , wherein I am a customer service representative. I do handle inbound/outbound calls and if given a chance I also promote our products and services. It also requires someone who can analyze and go back to the customer in a timely manner. We are trained to show empathy , care and most of all confidence on whatever information we provide to our customer.
