Write descriptive narration texts for real estate video tour

Looking for candidates to write narration text for Real Estate video/slideshow tours. Must be VERY familiar with property terminology, home accessories and room styles . Should be able to compose colorful and detailed paragraphs highlighting features and benefits of the home, inside and out. These scripts will be for about 25-30 slides (photos),on average, and each slide will need at least some description written. (approximately 2-3 minutes of narration) You will be supplied with the slides numbered in the order they will be shown, and any additional information about the property or rooms that there might be available.
