Our team has a number of resources who are good at Tableau. The firm shall follow the following set of activities for the project: 1.) Optimize the data extraction process using filters. In case the reports are very slow then our team could look at database options for further processing. 2.) Look at semantic layer design within Tableau. That is we shall seek to arrange objects in folders and design the heirarchies within the same. 3.) Optimum usage of sets, groups, usage of binning in Tableau 4.) In order to optimize the speed of reporting we shall look at usage of context filters, extraction filter, data source filters, usage of parameters(in stead of filters for reporting). 5.) Report output shall be in conformance with the end client requirements.
