Then i will setup a vpn server on that machine the u can connect to the vpn server from outside. After connected to the vpn server u can securely access other machine.

For VPN setup there are many ways to configure. If you have public IP provided from your ISP it can be done within 20- 30 min max otherwise you have to procure the DYDNS services from hosting websites which will redirect your traffic to your computer (c1).. Lets give a change to fix your issue :)
