Hi! I offer you my skills for your issue. As i can see firstly - you have problem with DNS for domain khazen.ps. secondly i will check for webservices.khazen.ps. Usually those isssues can be fixed by check-in records type A for both domain names. NExt step - check-in setting for IIS into your server. If you agree - i'm ready to fix this issue.
