You stated that HostGator doesn't allow for account migration, my solution would be to manually transfer each account to it's new home and reconfigure all your scripts to work on the new reseller account. I have transferred websites from hosts that provide no access to phpMyAdmin where there was limited control panel ability. I would very much like to know how many accounts you are wishing to move. As for my ability to complete this job, well I run my own web hosting server and I'm fully capable to complete this job. Customer satisfaction is what I offer.
