Create a VPN server on Azure

Ok for what you are looking to do there is a great solution that we can get you setup right through Azure called Azure VPN Gateway. Microsoft’s Azure VPN gateway will allow you to setup both the site-to-site and point-to-site VPN connections as well. For your office’s vpn endpoint you should will need a validated VPN device for this to!work. So depending on you budget for the hardware and your current network infrastructure I would consider a Cisco ASA, F5 Big IP, or a Watchguard running Fireware XTM. There are some other choices as well. For the client computers to use the point-to-site vpn for can use the native vpn client already installed on both Windows and Mac based machines. Azure will provide a VPN configuration file to make the setup of the client side pretty easy. Once you hire me, I will meet with you to determine the exact configuration needed and Azure SKUs you will need to support that configuration. In addition based on the VPN end device we decide to use I can provide a configuration guide and/or do the configuration for you. Once the VPN endpoint is up and running we can configure the site-to-site. Depending on the order you want to do things we would setup the point-to-site vpn before or after. On azure i will set any of open sources vpn connector but at you office we need router or firewall with supported vpn feature

1) What VPN you recommend to install on an Azure VM for a small company - I was using Softether VPN Server for some time and it works awesome. 2) What physical device works best with creating a site-site - I work with PFSense Boxes (PFSense is a Debian Router Distro that can be installed on a x86 or x64 Bits PC) This appliance works very well using it for creating site-site vpn with azure.
