Technical Writing training

Responsibilities:  Manage the entire training program and be a focal point for training.  Deal with customer and training manager and subject matter experts regarding design and implementation of training program  Conduct training for candidates in technical publication domain.  Choose appropriate training methods accordingly (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)  Conduct organization wise need assessment and identify Skills or knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed  Maintain updated curriculum database and training records  Provide soft skill sessions  Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Requirements  The candidate should have in depth knowledge of some of the below topics  Aircraft and Engine manuals: (AMM, SRM, AIPC, CMM, ASM, EMM)  Standards: Aerospace standards ATA I spec & Task numbering system, AECMA S1000D & Task numbering system, ASD Simplified tech English (STE  Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Proven ability to complete full training cycle Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.  Should demonstrate maturity in handling the candidates and clients in customer location.  MS Office proficiency  Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
