Software will need to be a high end product that covers all the areas of logistics operations and sales, The software will need to be extremely user friendly and customizable to customers needs. Will need to include things like, job entry and management, document production, customer service, management and reporting, sales management and CRM, emails and conversation logging, user interfaces, team working tools and job/task management, etc. Information should be able to be stored online and security should be a top priority. Will also need to integrate with other pieces of software. e.g. Sage accounting, freshbooks.
