First of all, craigslist provides a recaptcha entry while scraping data from them. This thing cannot be solved programmatically. Therefore I sually solve them my self. I write the scraper in such a manner, that it halts when that recaptcha is found and waits for that to be solved.. What I ca n offer you is that I can I'll design the scraper and ru that from my workplace and solve the recaptcha manually abnd deliver you the data whenever uyou require. I have experience scraping websites. This is a task for "mechanize" library for navigating into Craiglist structure (real state category) and visiting each page. Then I'll match the description against a regular expression in order to find emails addresses. The tool can be made to output to a XML file or any other format desired.
