I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I want to develop Candidates Management Systme for my company it will manage the transfer requests for enternal employees by using MS Access the features are basic and like the recruitment website with less details. I have the employees record and positions records as excel and generated every month and it should be linked with database: the system should allow to show all the post and candidates and their CV and the job requirements and reconciliation of candidtes to the job requirements I
