Write some Software

1. The Application will have a PDF Printer. 2. When the User Prints to the printer, the program will start. 3. It will display the PDF on an application window on the Right Side 4. The Program will do an OCR Read for a Keyword in a fixed location in the document(Sample Docs will be provided) 5. Based on the Keyword, it will identify the document type. 6. For each defined document type, there are certain fields in the document that need to be OCR read. 7. On the Left Side of the application window, these Fields will be displayed. 8. Some fields might be empty; some might be filled. 9. The Empty Fields, user will have the right to fill(type) 10. On the Top, there will be a button called Send 11. Once pressed, the Document will to an iphone/android app 12. The App will display the PDF 13. There will be Floating Sign button on the App 14. When User presses the Sign button, a White Box will pop up, to capture Signature 15. The White Box will have Send and Cancel Button 16. If Cancel button pressed, it will go back to the PDF document. 17. If pressed Send Button, the document will be sent back to the program 18. The program will fit this signature in all the designated(fixed) place in the PDF document, based on the document type. 19. This PDF will be saved with some key parameters (read before for each doc type) 20. The key parameters will contain a master record key, which bind a set of PDFs together. 21. The Back End user will have an application window with User Login 22. Once logged in, the user can search for PDF documents, by some key parameters. 23. The user also need to be able to do a deep search to look for keywords inside the saved PDF. 24. The User will be able to manually upload a PDF and link it to a master key record. 25. All the PDF and other Metadata will be stored in a Free SQL Database. 26. The Admin user will be able to: a. Define new document types b. Create Users and set restrictions c. Make settings to make fields mandatory/optional d. Set application settings to make some of the steps with default behavior e. Take Backup of the Database and restore the same on a new application installation 27. Normally there will be a single Database. 28. Some Special will have the option to change the Database to refer. 29. Some control to distribute the application with some licensing, that need me to provide the key 30. The validity of the application license can be set by me. 31. The OCR and PDF printer can be third party applications also, no need to develop from scratch
