Windows Mobile 6.1 App

We are looking to create a mobile application for use in our company. the application will run on windows mobile 6.1 professional on the Motorola MC 70 device The application is basically a main screen where the user will select from multiple modules. each module is basically a form that will ask of the employee for data entry including barcode scans and will post the information to our server via php html post. the php files will reply with answers wich the software will have to display or use to continue asking for extra imput. we also need signature capture to be a part of the project since some of our forms will require signatures to be posted to our server as proof of agreement or delivery the project will be module oriented. the initial module will have the core initial screen and the OT Update, Transference Request modules and the pickup module ***** OT Module: ***** The user wil input a work order number. and click next. the form will post to our server who will reply with the name of the work order and the current status. the app will show a second page where the name will be displayed and the following fields will be required ** New status. this will be a dropdown menu wich will display several status options wich will be dynamically enabled or disabled acording to the actual status returned previously from our server. for example. if the work order has a status of "On Route" the employee wont be given the option of seting the status to "Started". *** Vehicle. For statuses such as on route. the app will dynamically show an imput field where the driver has to scan a barcode that will be posted on each vehicle as to identify which vehicle is being used for the work order. both these fields will be submitted to our api wich will retur a sucescc or error status wich will in part be displayed to the user ***** Transference Request Moule ***** a second form wich will have the user input a work order id and post it to our server. the server will reply with the work order name. a second form is diplayed with the following fields Descrption: a concept of what is being requested Ammount: only number input Category: drop down menu with several options Signature: Signature capture this form will be submited and the server will return a success or failed wich will be displayed for the user ***** Pickup ***** Form will ask the user to enter a work order. the form will post and the server will reply the work order name next form will request the following fields: Document Type: a drop down with various selections -- Picup types: Check, Cash, Document if type is check or cash a couple of fields will be required - Check Bank - Check Numer - Check Ammount Form will be submitted and user will be given a confirmation code ALL SOURCE CODE WILL BE REQUIRED and Compiled versions in .cab format will also be required Project is considered finish when software has been fully tested and working. a minimum of 10 working days is required for full testing of the software. Application can be delivered in multiple stages as modules are completed and testing can begin on these modules and the other ones are completed the final software will be in spanish. we will supply translations as requested.
