Windows automation tool

Hi. We are looking for someone who can write us an automation tool for our windows based service. We are a Seedbox company, and we use uTorrent on Windows based servers to run our Seedboxes. Each server has several instances of uTorrent running. Here is how our system works: Each server has around 5 instances of uTorrent running, and all instances are running with specific names. e.g User1, User2, User3. Utorrent's installation folder is located on the desktop (This is where all the configuration files are stored ) , so basically this is the folder which is usually located in AppData folder of Windows, but to keep things simple we put it on the desktop in a folder called "Account". And inside the "Account" there are user folders e.g User1, User2, User3. Each folder includes the installation folder of the uTorrent. And there is another folder which is usually located in the D drive, we also named it "Accounts", this is where downloaded files are. So if the User1 downloads something it will be stored in D:/Accounts/User1. The service also comes with FTP access, and we use FileZilla as a FTP server to provide our users access to their downloads. Here is how we manage our clients as of now: For example if User1 doesn't choose to renew for their service, we will go ahead and manually terminate the account by opening the task manager and ending the User1 uTorrent instance. And then go to the Desktop> Accounts > Delete the User1 folder and then Go to D> Accounts> Delete User1 downloads folder. Once this has been done, we will now have to recreate the Seedbox (uTorrent instance) so we can issue this account to a new user. To do this we usually have premade folders which includes all of the configuration files of the uTorrent. We simply go to the folder where all premade folders are located, we copy the required folder. So for this example, so the folder where we store premade accounts should have a folder name "User1", we will simple copy that folder and go to the desktop> Accounts> paste! boom! we have just created a new box, but now we will have to start the uTorrent by opening the User1 folder and double clicking on the .exe file of uTorrent. This will start the uTorrent, and now we will have to go to the preferences of the uTorrent, from there we will go to the WebUI section of the settings, here we will update the password. All other settings like username, port are set by default. There is no need to change anything else. just the password. We will then save the configuration. And then we will go to the filezilla ftp server and from there we will update the User1's password. Boom we have set up the Seedbox. What we want you to do: We want you to build an automation tool, delete the user's folder from the Accounts folder on desktop and the d drive, and automatically copy the premade folder to the Accounts folder and then launch the uTorrent, and change the WebUI password from the preferences. And also update the password in FileZilla. We can either add passwords list to the tool from their it can automatically choose and apply passwords or we can have a custom made password generator (Totally depends on you). But the automation tool should give us a out put of the password which was applied so we can copy the password and send it to the new user. We are looking for something really simple, we don't need any fancy interface. We just need something like simple buttons, for example if we want to delete and recreate the User1, we just need to press a button (Preferebly called User1) and boom it should do all of the tasks and give us a output of success message and password. It's way more simple that it actually sounds, I'm not very well at explaining thins but please feel free to contact me if you need more information.
