Need SDK for developing application that performs biometric face identification and detects moving pedestrians or vehicles or other objects using live video streams. Required Features: Infrastructure ============= - Webcams or other generic low cost IP based cameras support is needed for obtaining object images. The environment is indoor as well as outdoor. - SDK should supports multiple programming languages (first release with JAVA). - The solution should only use opensource, no license restriction for commercial use. No third party licensing requirements. - No other person or company should have copy write on delivered source code - Large surveillance systems support by connecting several cameras to a computer and quick synchronisation between networked computers. Live Video Face/Object Recognition and Detection ========================================= - Accurate detection, processing and tracking of objects in real-time. - Need to track the detected face when it is moving and does not generate multiple alarms. - Real time face detection, template extraction and matching against watchlist database. Face recognition time can be as low as 1 -3 sec and database can contain tens of thousands of registered images.
