There are two ways I can propose to pack your software. 1. Create an executable .jar file. 2. Creating a .exe file. Both solutions will launch your software when double click on them on a Windows machine. The .jar file is preferable as it will make your software cross-platform compatible which means it will run on Mac OS X, Windows or Linux as long there is a Java installation. It is up to you what option you will prefer.
