PC WINDOWS XP/VISTA/7/8 System CLEANER and TOOLS

Looking for a software developed. For Windows PC. Compatible with Windows XP, 7, 8, Vista, in both 32bit and 64bit. This project will be for the software version 1.0 and will have the following tools within: SYSTEM MAITENANCE -Registry Scan & Fix -Junk File Cleaner -System Optimization -Disc Optimization -Vulnerability Fix -Registry Defrag -Privacy Browser Sweep SYSTEM PROTECTION -Changing Homepage -Web Browsing Protection (for against online threats to ensure surfing experience) -Browser Plugins and Toolbar Cleaner -Hack & Trojoan Protection Helper (changing settings of services to help prevent basic trojans and hacking attempts) TOOLBOX - Open Startup Manager - Registry Cleaner - Find Empty Folders - Find Duplicate Files - Windows Programs Uninstaller There will be two versions of 1.0, Free and Paid. Paid version will have some features locked. Can upgrade to paid version using Serial key which will be verified via cloud. Once input key is verified, the locked features will unlock. Key checks for activation everyday as some keys will expire in a certain amount of time. INTERFACE MUST LOOK MODERN, HIGH-TECH DESIGN. If you want an example, please ask me. IF YOU ARE AWARDED WITH THIS PROJECT: 1) We will split this project into 3 parts: A) SYSTEM MAITENANCE B) SYSTEM PROTECTION C) TOOLBOX 2) We WILL NOT RELEASE FUNDS for each part if it does not function correctly. Don't think you can fool us by trying to have us release the milestone without finishing what you are paid to do. 3) Free Source codes may be used to develop this software. Just make sure you are legal to do so and to also include your own coding as well. ALL DESIGNS including logo and icons must be custom. So do know, if you are in the designing field as well as the programming field, this project is for you. 4) SETUP must be ran with user-end time license. They must be allowed to pick the specific directory they wish the software to be installed. 5) COMMUNICATION IS A VERY BIG KEY TO THIS PROJECT'S SUCCESS. 6) Please contact me to go over each function and to see if we can be the same page. That way it would be less stressful for both parties while working on this project. 7) ONCE AGAIN, the visuals of this software is as important as the functions. We will be hiring you again to create more software as tools such as Software Uninstaller which would also have the option to clean any left over data after uninstallation. This would then be implemented back into our main software. As that happens, our main software version raises and you would be performing the updates and of course, get paid.
