I have a web based ASP.NET/C# application running a windows 2008 server. The service also includes a web based API for accessing the service using JSON. This service is supposed to be multi-threaded and is supposed to handle thousands of requests per second but lately it has become so unreliable and always timing out. I need an ASP.NET and C# expert to help me look into the application web config settings and also check the server IIS/Application pool settings to see how it can be optimized to fix the constant timeout issues.
