So I currently have 3-4 different sites where I need assistance with the following: - Website management (e-commerce site, wordpress platform theme) - SEO services “strategies & management” to make sure we are maximizing organic traffic - Digital marketing campaigns: where most of the items are set up just need to manage and maximize ROI o Tools we use ♣ Mailchimp - for email marketing and new customer campaigns ♣ Unbounce – for landing pages ♣ Facebook ads manager- setup campaigns and retarget using pixel ♣ Standard Google tools – such as analytics, tag manager, keyword planner etc. - Someone who has wealth of knowledge and experience in effective ROI and conversions to maximize profits using SEO, Digital marketing and social media! Based on my experience with last individual I had, this is 10-20 hour/week job. Therefore its best toe setup a set monthly salary. Last person I was paying salary plus bonus $50 per month plus bonus that can range from $100 - $500 per month. Here is how it works, the base is for you to focus on standard tasks such as maintaining website, seo etc. The bonus is setup for digital marketing based on conversion as this will keep you motived and make you a chance to earn more and this way I know I am getting your best work. Here is what I am looking for: - Someone with good knowledge of Digital marketing, website management and seo - Someone who is passionate about ROI and conversion (remember we both make money this way, so everyone wins) - Someone who is thinks outside of the box meaning thinking new ways to maximize profits. Here is what I am not looking for: - Someone who will put in minimum effort and expect high return (not a good business model for you or me) - Someone who only has basic experience with SEO and Digital marketing Hopefully you have read all the details, if you are still interested let me know so can make this a profitable journey for both of us.
