Hello, We are in search of an organised and reliable Virtual Assistant. We’re an online marketing company. -Position: By the job, general Virtual Assistant. (with the possibility of moving to part/full time work) -Roles and Responsibilities: Social Media Account establishment and Management Email Management Online Research Data Entry -Key requirements: Be honest and have integrity. Take pride in your work. English - excellent written and speaking skills (particularly written). You must possess an excellent ability to communicate. Previous experience with online marketing. This involves social media marketing and email marketing. Be very organised, and be able to finish tasks by set deadlines. Trustworthy and respectful of the privacy of others. A reliable internet connection and be computer savvy. Skills in the creation and management of social media accounts - Facebook, twitter. It’s a bonus if you have the ability to setup and work on email marketing campaigns. Have paypal account Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize tasks. At least six (6) months VA experience Initially this job will be on a job basis, but could increase to part time. There is scope to grow for the successful applicant. This job may result in you being responsible for other team members, so the ability to lead is a bonus. Salary will be discussed upon application. There will likely be milestone bonuses that you will be eligible for. This is a newly created role that may evolve in scope with increased hours over time.
